We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the functional aspects of our drink ware, so if you have issues with the performance, please contact us and we can take care of you.
We 100% stand behind all the items we sell and will issue refunds/exchanges at zero cost for all
incorrect or defective items. Just reach out to Sales@gametimesidekicks.com with the order issue and we will send a prepaid shipping label back for the correct item.
All other returns will be offered a free exchange, as long as the item is unused and within 14 days of delivery. Refunds for these orders can be given, but will incur a
handling fee of $7.00.
