Lifetime Limited Warranty for GameTime Sidekicks
What does this lifetime warranty cover?
At GameTime, we fully stand behind the products we make-forever! Our hardware (Lids, Tabs, Rubber Seal, etc) should last forever, along with the vacuum seal (temperature insulation.) We recommend hand washing to ensure the logos last a very long time, but if there’s an issue with yours, please email with pictures and we can take care of you!
What will we do to correct problems?
GameTime Sidekicks will replace the product if you experience any of these issues with our products.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at sales@gametimesidekicks.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please send us pictures of the problem and we will take care of you!
