We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the functional aspects of our drink ware, so if you have issues with the performance, please contact us and we can take care of you.
Please send all return request to CS@gametimesidekicks.com and be sure to include your tumbler info (Size, Color, Logos, etc). Please also include your order # in the email title.
If there is a problem or defect with any of our products we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for returning the product for exchange.
If returning for any other reason, return shipping labels for online orders must be paid for by the customer.
If you purchased one of our products from a retail store and want to return or exchange it at that store then you will have to check their return policy.
