We recommend hand washing for the tumblers themselves. This will ensure the longest lasting logo adhesion possible.

Lids can be put into the dishwasher. Just pop the tab off and throw it on the top rack!

We guarantee the vacuum insulation to last forever! So just reach out to us if for some reason that's not the case with your item and we will exchange. This also applies the all "functional" aspects of our drink ware, so if there's ever an issue please reach out and give us a chance to take great care of you!

We print every logo right here in our facility in Knoxville, TN. Our machines are state-of-the-art UV LED printers that apply the full color logos directly on the tumblers, to ensure maximum adhesion and longevity.

All of our products are designed and printed in the USA. We have a manufacturing partner in China that manufactures the raw goods themselves, and we apply color, logo printing, and packaging here at our HQ in Knoxville, TN.
We are always looking at economical ways we can expand our in-house abilities, so we plan to continue to grow the processes performed in Tennessee. There are currently no other licensed drink ware brands who are fully USA made.
We take our relationship with our manufacturing partner very seriously. We visit them often and communicate with them daily to make sure they are a very important piece of the GameTime Family.

Our Tumbler lids (for our 20oz and 30oz sizes) are splash proof around the top but should not leak around the side of the lid. If it is, please check to make sure the rubber gasket is not "flipped" around. This will cause some sealing issues.
Our Shaker Cup, Straw Tumbler, and all of our bottle sizes are 100% leak proof and should never leak from the lids. If they are, please contact us at sales@gametimesidekicks.com
