Hi Cagney,
We are sorry about this. It looks like your order was shipped the next morning after you placed your order with the correct shipping. Unfortunately, once it is in the hands of USPS, it becomes out of our control. This is unusual, but we do see delays from them from time to time. We will refund your express shipping for the inconvenience. Thanks for ordering with us.
Overall, it’s a great tumbler, looks fabulous, keeps my drinks cold, all the things. The design (Baylor bears) is spectacular. The only downside is that it’s heavy which makes it hard for arthritic hands to manage.
This tumbler is awesome looking. Love the gray and the size. The MSU design stands out great. Can’t wait till I can purchase more of your items.
Love this cup!!! Too cute! Same great quality as all Gametime vessels.
