If you would like to return your order, please visit our Start Your Return page or email us at sales@gametimesidekicks.com. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the functional aspects of our drinkware, so if you have issues with the performance, please contact us and we can take care of you.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email sales@gametimesidekicks.com. We will see what is still possible.
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
We strive to ship all orders from our website within 24 hours of the time of purchase during the week, and anything purchased over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We ship all our orders from our HQ in Knoxville, TN. Orders are normally shipped via USPS.
In the event your package gets lost by the carrier service during transit, we have a 5 day "stuck" policy. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more days in a certain location, we will send out a replacement.
