Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We may also offer promotions such as free shipping during special sales or events (when applicable).


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, but typical delivery windows are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier receives the package.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit or has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.


Shipping Delays

During peak seasons, holidays, or major promotional periods, processing and delivery times may take longer than normal. We appreciate your patience while our team and shipping carriers work through higher order volume.
